Years in the making, the Longhorn fan is amazing to behold. From the authentic barbed wire, hand wrapped around the edges to the multi-level design, this fan is both a piece of art and a working ceiling fan.  We hand make each one to your order, allowing you to choose the color, liners, blades and other options. Unlike mass produced fans from China, you can boast that this series is made in America and hand made by the artist, Dave Massey. Dress it up with our matching hand painted light kits and even custom blades to create a true piece of art for your home.

The fan comes in two versions; the short and regular. The short includes a  4.5" down rod and is designed for shorter ceilings of 8.5' or more and cannot use the scroll kits or the optional figures top design. The regular model includes a 12" down rod and a 8" forged style scroll kit (shown on fan at left)  and requires a ceiling of at least 9'.   9.5'  ceiling are required with a light kit.  If you need more clearance, we do offer a ceiling hugger model which is identical but has no down rod and fits flush against the ceiling.  It is 10.5" tall total.  Please note which model you would like when ordering.

It is identical to the model shown here but with no down rod and mounts directly to the ceiling. Price is the same as the standard fan but it only uses 52" blades due to a slightly smaller motor.
